Here are some common psychosocial issues that adults may face low-self esteem, life transitions, experiencing mental health conditions such as PTSD & Trauma, anxiety & depression, disconnection and increased stress. Here at Flourish, we recognise the importance of dance/movement therapy to restore and support people to experience movement as a means for re-connection and improved quality of life.
