The Art of Connection Workshop

Welcome to Art of Connection, a dynamic workshop rooted in the principles of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). This workshop offers participants opportunities to explore the concept of connection through movement and dance.

Led by professionally trained DMT practitioners, The Art of Connection provides a space to explore relational and individual ways of relating to ourselves, the environment and others through movement and dance. Participants will work in solos/pairs and groups.

What can I expect during this workshop?

Throughout the workshop, participants engage in a variety of movement-based activities, including guided improvisation, expressive movement exercises, and group movement. Facilitated by professionally trained DMT practitioners, these activities provide opportunities for participants to explore movement by listening, responding and tuning in using our bodies.
